Built To Help Girls Rise

Rise Her Game is a girls-only soccer training program founded by Nayeli Efigenio, a 20-year-old active soccer player who has been playing the game since she was 7 years old and has also coached a high school team. Through years of training, games, wins, and losses, she's learned that soccer builds far more than athletic ability. It builds character, resilience, and confidence that carries far beyond the field.

As an active player, mentor, and coach, Nayeli trains girls ages 7-12 and deeply understands the mental side of the game. Things like self-doubt before a big play, the fear of making mistakes, losing confidence after a tough game, or feeling nervous in front of teammates. She's been through it herself, and that's exactly why she knows how to help young players push past those moments, stay focused, and trust themselves on the field. Rise Her Game is a great fit for parents who feel more comfortable having their daughters train with a female coach who has walked that same path.

Her mission is simple: to help every girl believe in herself, embrace challenges, and discover how strong and capable she truly is.
